About our horizontal governance
Shared governance means that each employee participates in the operational and strategic management of the non-profit. This type of organization is based on trust and encourages each person to make decisions within his or her field of action. It is a mode of internal organization that allows adapting to the field's reality with agility while integrating the team's points of view. Redefining the organisation as new people join the collective. It is an ambitious process and a human adventure that we are very proud to develop daily.
